At The Collagen Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn garments in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from marks or wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
